Retail / Customer Support – Sink or Swim Scuba (Gastonia)

Description:

Sink or Swim Scuba, a 5-Star SDI Instructor Development Center and ERDI Public Safety Diving Training Facility, is looking for a reliable team member to join our crew in Gastonia.

This is a hybrid role where you’ll assist with day-to-day shop operations, help with scuba classes and events, and support other aspects of the business. You don’t need scuba experience — we’ll train the right candidate — but you should be dependable, customer-friendly, and ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities include:

Retail sales and customer service

Assisting in all business areas (including scuba training & events)

Supporting shop organization and online sales

Helping instructors with student check-ins, gear, and class logistics

What we offer:

Starting pay comparable to $12–$15/hr, based on experience

Schedule:

Wednesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
