Retail Operational Excellence Internship

As an Intern within the Retail Operational Excellence team, you will support our 1200 retail stores worldwide and be the linking pin between the stores together with the Local Head Offices (LHO) and the Central Head Office (CHO).The Retail Operational Excellence team oversees operations in all shops worldwide. Our department manages various commercial and operational projects aimed at benefiting employees globally, ensuring they have the necessary tools to deliver best in class performance and provide excellent service to our customers. YOU ARE ALL ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RETAILIn this international role you will secure full clarity on what is expected at which point in time, in what way and by whom. You will do this for all our Company Owned retail stores across the world to secure a consistent way of working and full knowledge of all programs, tools and systems to further optimizations of processes and procedures. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily retail operational tasks. As an intern:  You maintain our Retail knowledge base You will contribute to the customer experience in all our stores   You deliver retail operational excellence by answering questions from all markets while keeping our Retail strategy in mind.  You monitor and improve processes for quality issues   You support ad-hoc activities for Risk & Fraud   JOIN OUR TEAMYou will be a team member of the Retail Operational Excellence team, together with multiple other colleagues. This team is part of the Global Retail team.What gives you energy is to make connection with our local teams in the markets and pro-actively support them in various operational topics. You will have a full focus to always support the local Retail Coordinators and in the end our Retail stores in the best way.
