a working business partner for a small start up company.

No funds or testing required on your part.

I have the company, startup costs, and administration.

You provide the experience, tools, transportation, and contacts.

I do not furnish the leads or jobs.

Profits split 50/50 first year.

Profits split 80% to you for the second year.

At the end of the second year you can terminate our contract.
