- Sustain teams to design, develop, deploy, and sustain solutions that meet applicable business requirements.
- Allocates and advises resources to accomplish tasks and maintains control of Organizational Change process.
- Responsible for resolving issues and mitigating risks, and raising issues/risks when appropriate.
- Serve as primary or backup sustain lead.
- Drive technical development and support for technology objectives and business requirements
- Lead multiple technology applications/projects in a fast-paced environment that often requires shifting prioritization. Deliver on commitments and delight our internal customers.
- Influence change across a matrix organization and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions.
- Maintains accountability for the timely resolution of specific issues and problems within a particular area, application, database, technology, or system.
- Prepare and conduct effective presentations; assess priorities and self-time manage through work; and coordinate activities with diverse groups and individuals.
- Work in an advisory capacity to identify key technical and business problems, develop, and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations.
- Configure and build POCs in RSA Archer and appropriate modules, including custom modules, if required
- Has extensive experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle.
- Provide visibility to partners and senior management team; manage expectations and communicate effectively with partners.
- Perform analysis and provide recommendation for solution analysis, design and implementation
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the supported application(s)
- Acts as an experienced technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts
- Help business partners understand the capabilities and limitations of the technology
- Align with Change Management, Release Management, IT Risk & Compliance processes and standards
- Adhere to security best practices and align with government standards
- Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides
- Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree and/or 5+ years of experience
- RSA Archer configuration experience
- Database design & Development - SQL Server
- Knowledge of infrastructure layers, hardware, OS, virtualization, storage, network, database and security in the context of application architecture
- Experience with SQL (specifically writing complex queries, running them, reviewing them and reporting back what modifications are needed to be successful for business)
- Any data mining experience (specifically extracting and reviewing data from the business)
- Basic BRD (Business Requirement Documents) writing experience
- Understanding of SSIS development
