Sales manager

Commercial janitorial service. Meet client(office managers or property managers), build relationships, submit estimates, and sign contracts.etc. You will maybe visit client 1 or 2 times a week. You will spend about two weeks preparing for this job. After that we will provide you with business cards and necessary informations for each potential clients, and lead you step-by-step.

Your base salery will increase based on your sales activities and perfomance, bonus will also be considered.

Followings are may be required: Ability to use office Excel program, reside within 30 minutes of Wilmington, and be able to make client visit once or twice a week.

Experience of Commercial realtor, Office manager and Property managing are maybe helpful.
