Identify, target, and grow dollar share in assigned markets and key accountsDevelop and Drive Top to Top Relationship with assigned Key CustomersManages assigned account portfolio to include Regional Chains in the East US regionDrive improved execution of account programming by collaborating with headquarter / Key Decision Makers and appropriate internal Merchandising TeamsEnsures that shelving, pricing, merchandising, objectives are achieved consistently with Portfolio/Brand strategy, account objectives and efficient trade spendingDrive quality business communication and ongoing cross-functional interaction with Merchandising Teams, Sales Planning, Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Brand MarketingLeverage analytical resources to include Sales Force Data to optimize distribution, monitor/manage OOS conditions, optimal SKU/pricing strategies, and trade spendTake lead and initiative in understanding overall category and competitive trendsProvide ad hoc analysis as needed by Retailers, Merchandising Teams and the Senior Leadership TeamManage P&L adherence reporting for Retail channels across Distributors, Chains, and Key AccountsMust be available for business travel up to 50% of the time to include occasional nights and weekends
