Sales Support

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Support role in the staffing and recruitment industry, located in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Sales Support, you will be pivotal in facilitating the daily operations of our sales department, contributing to its overall success. Responsibilities: Facilitate the timely delivery of products to customers by managing freight logistics. Assist in streamlining sales operations by providing support to the Sales Manager. Conduct office administration tasks such as organizing files, managing schedules, and responding to inquiries. Coordinate production plans to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands. Procure necessary parts and supplies to support sales and production activities. Assist in financial operations by providing support to the Accountant. Process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records. Monitor customer accounts and take action when necessary. Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning among others to effectively perform job duties. Ensure effective communication and customer service through answering inbound calls. Requirements Experience with ADP - Financial Services Proficiency in using Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Demonstrated ability to use CRM tools Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Knowledge of ERP Solutions Experience with About Time software Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls Auditing skills Experience with Billing Functions Excellent Communication skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
