Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project objectives are met and team understands the requirements
  • Assist with JIRA backlog grooming and ensure each story includes a clear description and acceptance criteria
  • Serve as an subject matter expert on assigned project initiatives
  • Partner with the business users, IT and vendors to analyze and scope new Salesforce enhancements and roadmap projects
  • Gather business requirements, configure in a Salesforce sandbox, demo to the business, test and deploy into Production
  • Develop test scripts and test cases
  • Help create and maintain user and technical documentation
  • Train and mentor other team members, business users and IT
  • Investigate new uses for existing apps or discover new apps to achieve competitive advantage
  • Utilize the Salesforce toolset, perform the configuration, screen creation, and declarative programming required to meet business objectives, including business screens, reports, dashboards, and workflows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce an administrator configuring applications
  • Experience configuring Salesforce Communities
  • Strong client/stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Scrum or Agile methodology experience
  • Experience utilizing Zuora
  • Proven track record in leading initiatives and managing medium sized projects
