Salesforce Senior Administrator/Analyst (Remote)

Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Senior Administrator which brings substantial real-world experience working with Salesforce, along with the ability to author and articulate technical solutions to effectively meet business outcomes. The ability to connect business user stories to implementations will be key to success. This position will split their time amongst gathering and grooming business requirements, coordinating development work for the team and doing actual development and data tasks. This position will improve and enhance two Salesforce Unlimited Edition (Sales Cloud) instances

• Provide leadership for the overall development and deployment of new functionality, enhancements to existing functionality, and defect remediation for our Salesforce implementation of Sales Cloud (Unlimited Edition)
• Work with business stakeholders, business analysts and developers to translate user story requirements into technical designs that will be used to deliver solutions using configuration or custom code according to best practices
• Provide complete and accurate estimates for required development time.
• Coordinate with other associates in delivery of customizations, unit testing, acceptance testing and deployment of user stories and defect fixes
• Maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other technical documentation
• Develop and implement data migration strategies as needed to transform and move data from multiple systems into the Salesforce platform or make updates to data already stored in Salesforce
• Coordinate application monitoring and technical support for the Salesforce platform

• 5+ years in Salesforce configuration and development
• Experience in coordinating development with a team of people
• Experience with implementing and supporting complex systems and integrations
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology and deployment technologies

• Experience in managing data migrations into Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Knowledge of SQL and database systems
• Experience working with offshore teammates
