RG19448Position: SAP - FICO Analyst Location: Raleigh, NC Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Paid RelocationJob Description:The overall job responsibilities include business requirements and process analysis, architecting integrated system solutions, developing functional and technical specifications, designing and configuring SAP Finance & Controlling solutions, performing and/or leading system testing, developing and maintaining system/process documentation, developing and delivering training, and providing ongoing operational support.Responsibilities:Architects, configures/develops, documents, tests, trains, and implements SAP Finance solutions.Provides third level support/problem analysis and resolution of SAP and non-SAP Finance applications.Maintains proficiency in SAP and non-SAP applications.Performs project management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Information Systems required.7+ years of experience in implementing and supporting business applications. Knowledge of Accounting/Finance business processes and SAP FICO configuration and integration with SD, MM, WM, and PP required. 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP Finance & Controlling solutions. Experience implementing SAP S4HANA Finance a plus. Previous SAP experience within the consumer products industry preferred. Business mapping and blueprinting experience implementing one or more SAP systems required. Knowledge of process analysis and design required. Experience in architecting inbound/outbound interfaces between SAP and other systems is required. The ability to document functional and technical specifications is required. Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be a self-starter and be an independent analytical thinker. Must have high attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to interface with all levels of business as a solutions and process adviser. Must have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Must have successful experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and adapting to a changing environment. Must have the ability to effectively coordinate and manage cross-functional and technical activities with strong negotiation and leadership skills.
