SAP Product Costing Lead

Job Title: SAP Product Costing Onsite LeadLocation: Charlotte, NC .Duration: 6 MonthsJob Description: SAP Costing Onsite Lead is responsible for the delivery of deployments of the ERP Rollouts in SAP CO area. This will include developing deployment and cutover plans, leading CO team and activities and providing the required reporting. S/he should be able to lead meeting with customer lead/team and demonstrate SAP standard and custom capabilities. Align third party ERP costing functions into SAP and identify gaps. Propose best practices in SAP CO area. Main Responsibilities:· Build SAP ERP technology solutions that transform organization’s Finance functions such as Product Costing and Cost Object Controlling.· Hands on configuration knowledge on Product costing and its integration with procurement, manufacturing and other areas· Work closely with business and the implementation partner to design the Product Costing solution· Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP ECC within the Finance function· Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Finance and Controlling solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly· Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and other stakeholders to create stand-out Finance offerings within the product costing space.· Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.· Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation· Guide performance testing & training teams rolling out a successful module to the user community· As an experienced Product Costing Consultant/Analyst, this role is responsible to gather business requirements, design the solution, prototype solution options, configure the solution, build, and resolve defects associated with testing the solution, and provide key implementation skills to deploy SAP ECC.Job Qualifications:· 10+ years of delivery experience of SAP related projects· Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college/university;· Suitable Team Lead experience· Ability to travel at short notice· Ability to develop sustainable relationships with key senior business stakeholders· Ability to network within the IT and business environment· International team Management - Able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate various cultural gaps· Building effective teams and holding them accountable for results· Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Drive for Results· Interpersonal communication and collaboration skills· Highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment Preferred Qualifications:• MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred• SAP Certification (Functional and/or technical) – SAP certification preferred• SAP S/4HANA experience
