Prepare image creations, image deployments, configuration file creation and management, packaging, primary contact to stakeholders and vendor partners for deployments

Provide diagnosis, investigation, recovery and resolution of various types of hardware problems and software issues

Familiarity with Desktop Image creation/deployment process using MDT and SCCM/MECM

Software & hardware troubleshooting skills with Windows 10 Operating system

Understanding of encryption and process using MS Windows Bit Locker or WinMagic SecureDoc

Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ticketing system

Knowledge and demonstrated ability to test and debug

Ability to reverse engineer, revise code in existing systems for use in development of new business systems utilizing database and web development tools

Provide support for all production failures

Perform application development, enhancement, and maintenance support for application code

Implementation of test plans for all program changes.

Demonstrate experience with hardware and software testing, integration, installation, configuration, and problem solving (especially for Windows 7/10 clients and Windows Server)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

BA/BS in Computer Science (or related field) plus 8+ years of experience or 11 years equivalent experience

Working knowledge of LAN systems hardware, software techniques, and concepts including OSI model, repeaters, bridges, routers, gateways, TCP/IP, SNMP protocols, IEEE Ethernet, and cable standards

Experience in VBScript, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL and Oracle, WebSphere, Active Directory- Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP and SCCM/MECM, Windows server, Exchange server, Internet Information Server (IIS), Microsoft SQL server, SCCM server, DHCP, WINS, and DNS

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

This position has a U.S. residency requirement. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
