Train on and then independently execute flow cytometry sample preparation and assay development experimentsPrepare various media solutions for upstream or downstream laboratory experimentsTrain on and then independently execute additional analytical testing for lab studies, utilizing:FTIRUPLCserial dilutionsKarl Fischerstrong pipettingDynamic Light ScatteringMetabolic analyzers (e.g. BioProfile)Document lab work in a data integrity and GDP-compliant manner in an electronic laboratory notebook and/or paper protocolsAdhere to a safe working culture: participate in lab safety walk-throughs, and follow all site- and lab-safety procedures including biosafety requirements, cross-contamination procedures, PPE, etc Must be comfortable with aspects of both routine-testing as well as flexible support based on project needs (occasional off-shift scheduling may be needed)
