Seasonal Maintenance Technician for Vacation Rentals

Now Hiring: Seasonal Maintenance Technician

Location: North Topsail Beach, NC

Pay: $18/hour + up to $100/month car allowance

Vacasa, the largest full-service vacation rental company in North America, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our local team for the summer season. In this role, you’ll help keep our homes in great condition for guest stays through general repairs, light plumbing, appliance troubleshooting, and more.

What You’ll Do:

Perform maintenance tasks across multiple vacation homes

Respond to guest and team needs

Troubleshoot appliances, HVAC, and plumbing issues

Maintain hot tubs (training provided)

Support overall property readiness and safety

Details:

Seasonal role from approximately 6/20/25 to 10/15/25

Part-time hours; schedule varies based on business needs

2 years of maintenance experience preferred but not required
