The Lobby Ambassador’s primary duty is to provide the tenants and guests of AUS’ client with superior customer service, and the ability to understand and meet their needs and assist them with a multitude of tasks. Additionally, the Lobby Ambassador will perform post specific security duties to ensure the client’s tenants and guests have a positive and efficient experience during entry and exit of the building.Full Time Salaried Position - Primarily Day ShiftSoft Skills and Abilities:

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the customer experience of all Associates and visitors entering Bank of America buildings is both professional and pleasant one

Oversee the daily operations of Visitor Desk with AUS personnel, assist where needed, handle processing clients/guests and answer associates inquires

Comprehend and enforce security policy and procedure for Bank of America buildings

Serve as liaison to Executive Assistants/ Administrative Assistants/ Receptionists and Visitor Registration Desk

Organize and coordinate appointments with Administrative Assistant and Executive Assistants to meet and greet external executive level clientele/ high profile clients/dignitaries and guide them to meetings throughout building

Assist Corporate Security and Executive Protection with any major events

Master and train SAFE Visitor Management System to Officers and all associates within building

Manage and assist with staffing Visitor Desk with corresponding events

Assist with events in partnership with Corporate Dining and One Call Compass Conferencing Center

Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping appointments confidential

Maintain inventory of supplies and be able to anticipate needed supplies

Ensure operation of bank equipment and applications by placing tickets with SUPPORT to troubleshoot issues

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age

High School Diploma or GED, Associate Degree or higher in Hospitality Management and/or have three to five years of hospitality/ customer service/ service industry experience

Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Must be able to pass a background check, drug test and meet all company licensing and training requirements
