A thriving bakery and kitchen in the Oxford area is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team as we continue to grow and innovate. We are looking for a dynamic leader with culinary expertise and a passion for fostering a collaborative, respectful, and creative work environment. The Executive Chef will oversee a team of 6-8 line cooks, prep cooks, and managing menu development with a focus on local, seasonal ingredients, staff training, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. This role also involves collaborating with department managers to provide seamless service across our multi-channel business, driving growth in catering orders, and being a hands-on contributor to producing beautiful, delicious food. We value creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
