Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a rapidly growing, cutting-edge marketing analytics company in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of recent Accounting experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant include:

• Analyze current costs, revenues, financial commitments and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.

• Perform collections of outstanding A/R and interface with clients as the financial representation for the organization.

• Responsible for performing all general accounting functions in accordance with GAAP.

• Keep accurate financial records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization using Quickbooks.

• Prepare complex financial reports for Managers, Executives, and Board of Directors.

• Record month end journal entries and post credit card transactions and manage the month end close process in under three business days.

• Understand and calculate financial metrics to assist in the preparation of monthly OKRs.

Requirements of the Senior Accountant include:

• 4+ years of recent and proven accounting experience.

• Strong experience with Excel.

• Experience budgeting and reporting.

• Hands on experience creating graphs & charts.

• Prior experience with Great Plains (or a similar) and experience with Quickbooks.

• Strong passion for accounting and a desire for continued learning.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

• Excellent business acumen, communication, and organizational skills.

Compensation for the Senior Accountant

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000/annually with a 10% bonus, and stock options

• Industry leading benefits package including 4-day work week.

• Must be local to the Raleigh/Durham area, and come onsite 3 days a week.
