Senior Brand Manager BiFi DACH

This position is based in Dusseldorf and you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager DACH.

You will be responsible for:Lead the execution of brand plans, campaigns and innovation projects while ensuring excellent day-to-day brand management.Execute the annual brand plan to deliver agreed brand and commercial objectives.Lead the implementation, optimisation and evaluation of ATL and BTL campaigns.Deliver innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full.Manage day-to-day brand performance, identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns, portfolio performance and in-market execution.Work closely with Shopper Marketing, Sales and Category teams to deliver compelling consumer propositions and activation plans.Monitor market, consumer and competitor performance and provide recommendations to improve brand execution.Support Sales and Shopper Marketing with brand, product and market information.Manage assigned marketing budgets effectively and within agreed guidelines.Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution.Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high standards of brand stewardship and living the LINK snacks values.Embracing the Link Snacks culture, incorporating its values into every day work life, acting as a culture ambassador and brand steward
