Job Description:

This position is a senior level role with the responsibility to investigate, research and suggest solution options, define technical implementation tasks/timelines and track technical delivery to support established Enterprise Data Privacy Technology milestones. This position works closely with senior business and technical leaders, cross functional groups and third party vendors to deliver enterprise data privacy capabilities.

Positions Summary:

  • Identify business enabling technical capabilities (third party or in-house) for enterprise data privacy stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a repeatable end to end Proof of Concept evaluation process to document business requirements, business use cases, success criteria, architecture review, acceptance criteria and socialization procedures.
  • Manage, drive and conduct Proof of Concept evaluations to conclusion with internal team members and key stakeholders
  • Create and communicate metrics and dashboards to illustrate progress and outcomes of Proof of Concept evaluations.
  • Communicate outcomes with key stakeholders
  • Partner with third party vendors, internal technical and line of business teams to accomplish project timelines and development plan
  • Provide support to Integrated, Independent and Production Support Testing environments
  • Lead preparation of documents like Technical Design, Functional Design, Project Plans, WBS, Operations Guide
  • Preparation of Unit Test Plan and System Test plan and lead unit, CIT and SIT testing.
  • Support system test batch cycles and work on data related issues
  • Develop and maintain standards, common processes, metrics and best practices.

Required Skills:
  • Must have ability to drive and lead projects.
  • Previous experience with defining engagement requirements and managing the delivery of agreed upon requisites for third party vendor activities.
  • Must have previous experience in large enterprise, distributed and complex technology environments.
  • Ability to translate complex privacy laws, rules and regulations into simple language • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to think strategically for short term and long term goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, driven individual
  • Experience working in a matrix organization managing multiple priorities

Desired Skills:
  • Previous Banking experience
  • CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional)
  • CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager)
  • CIPT (Certified Information Privacy Technologist)
  • CISSP, CISM or other relevant certification
