Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:Eaton’s Corporate Sector is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This position is eligible for a hybrid work set up if candidates lives within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH or within our Eaton hub locations. Position is eligible for a remote work setup in the U.S. if not in the geographical area of Beachwood, OH.Position Overview:The EBS Program Office Senior Data Analyst leads execution of the enterprise performance management (EPM) data strategy, delivering robust measurement, insights, and improvement (MII) processes. They will lead the technical execution of the Enterprise Performance Management 2.0 project (EPM 2.0), aligned to IT Data MESH. The role serves as a critical interface to Corporate, Function, and Business data, as well as analytics owners, developers, and consumers. The role also involves partnering with functional and business data owners to provide a seamless user experience of upstream and downstream data.Key responsibilities include:Project Execution: Technical development, execution, and deployment of EPM 2.0, aligning with Eaton Data MESH. This includes developing the technical roadmap, facilitating backend data connections, developing user-friendly dashboards, reports, and scorecards, ensuring data stewardship, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Data and Business Process Analysis : Leading the EBS Program Office as a technical expert in the implementation of MII. This includes supporting the definition and standardization of enterprise data metrics and project KPIs, leading the data strategy for EBS projects, and developing enterprise best practices for MII.Data Visualization and Interfaces: Owning the creation and deployment of new user interfaces for consuming enterprise data and delivering data insights. This includes identifying data needs, leveraging data analytics tools to create and maintain EBS dashboards and data visualization, and developing and maintaining EBS data access portals.Other projects and ad-hoc data analysis requests as required.Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelors Degree from accredited institution required. 5 years experience in engineering, IT, or analytics. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the futurePreferred qualifications: BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Mathematics/Statistics Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis Experience with UI design, PowerBI and MS PowerApps.
