Ovia Health is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and experienced Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to focus on driving channel pipeline and expanding our partnership portfolio. The ideal candidate is skilled at cultivating relationships, has demonstrated experience with product and business development, and a track record of success in scaling channel partnerships.

In this role, you will utilize your sales acumen and benefits knowledge to achieve revenue growth as you guide our strategic partners through a consultative sales process focused on building trust, deploying elegant product integrations, and enabling them to effectively introduce Ovia Health to their enterprise customers (employers, government, health plans, health systems). You will employ effective selling strategies to position Ovia Health as the preferred women and family solution within our partner ecosystem. Internally, you will partner with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure our partners have an experience with our solution that exceeds their expectations and drives current and future revenue and retention.

What you will be doing:

  • Own and drive expanded business/pipeline strategy with existing channel partners (includes future pipeline planning, setting sales goals, product expansion opportunities, etc.)

  • Drive revenue for Ovia Health through identification, evaluation, prioritization, negotiation and closing new channel business opportunities.

  • Provide regular, accurate forecasts and update lead status using Salesforce.com (monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics to meet or exceed company goals)

  • Guide prospective channel partners on platform features and partnership value

  • Think creatively and conduct market research to identify new outreach opportunities

  • Create and defend holistic analyses of opportunities including competitive landscapes, business models, pricing models, and roadmap to scale

  • Partner with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to drive coordinated and specialized sales within vertical lines

  • Work closely with Engineering and Clinical on channel partner feedback and guide product management direction

  • Coordinate with Marketing to produce key sales enablement materials, support collateral, and events

  • Educate channel partners teams (sales, account management, and product) on our digital women and family solution through response to leads, direct outbound contact, social media, face-to-face product demos, lunch & learns, and account based marketing campaigns

  • Participate in product launch plans, marketing, promotions, and communications

  • Efficiently manage workload with open communication, rapid turnaround, and high-quality output

What we are looking for:

  • 8+ years of direct partnerships and proven sales experience with extensive health benefits knowledge and responsibility for closing deals and diving product differentiation

  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in developing and handling channel relationships (wellness platforms, point solution aggregators, other) to drive meaningful sales outcomes

  • Ability to successfully build a pipeline that has opportunities sufficient to attain quota

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a thoughtful and collaborative approach to channel partnerships

  • Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative environment

  • Ability to prioritize projects and stay focused amidst the constantly evolving digital health landscape

  • Strong strategic vision for how Ovia Health can scale, includes proficiency in crafting and carrying out partner-level strategy

  • Demonstrated leadership ability to drive for results, create accountability and set clear goals and expectations

  • Experience in pricing modeling preferred

  • Contract negotiation and experience inserting terms into a contract

  • Great problem-solving skills

  • Strong organization and analytical skills

  • Excited by ambiguity

  • Location: flexible. Business travel required if public health allows
