Senior IT Director

About the Role

• A seasoned IT leader with 20+ years of experience , with minimum 5+ years of experience in handling 10 M + / multi-year development programs across process areas - technical , functional, program management and financials. This role will require strong analytical, technical, financial and communication skills. The person should be able to interact with CxO levels with client and executive leadership within Necessary qualifications
• Technical Background: Java / J2EE Development Programs ( 10+ to 15+ years' experience ) ; 5+ roles as Enterprise Architect preferable
• Domain Experience: Financial Services ; Experience in mortgage/insurance desirable
• Program Management: 2-3 Large 10 M+ multiyear green field development programs
• Governance and Reporting: Strong experience in setting up reporting practices
• Financials: Managing P&L for the program > 20 M in size
• Executive Communication: Ability to interact with CxO ( CIO, CTO)
• Strong experience in similar programs
