CRIT reports directly into Wells Fargo's Chief Credit Officer with mandate across the enterprise and all Wells Fargo lines of business.As a Senior Lead Risk Analytics Consultant - Transformation Strategy and Execution, you will lead strategy, business case development, program oversight, and end-to-end execution and delivery across our next-gen data, analytics, and capabilities supporting thousands of users across all lines of business. You will be joining a fast-growing Product Management team with the highly visible mandate to transform the end-to-end user experience of Credit Risk Monitoring. This role will report directly to the Product Manager responsible for the multi-year transformation strategy and execution.In this role, you will:
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others.
Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy then create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.
Own the multi-year product roadmap and strategy across product areas comprising of multiple new capabilities.
Actively work with senior stakeholders to communicate vision, influence outcomes, and secure buy-in.
Partner closely with CRIT data, reporting, and governance teams to harness expertise critical in defining and delivering new capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Engineering leadership and Tech scrum teams to ensure vision alignment and efficient delivery.
Lead and participate in formal and informal stakeholder sessions, including steering committees, product cabinets, change management forums, etc.
Prepare executive-level communications on Product scope, approach, solution, and value drivers.
Actively work with CRIT leadership to develop a culture of talent development to meet business objectives.
Support CRIT leadership in managing allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives.
Fully own development and ongoing implementation of reporting/information delivery/presentations with key stakeholders and senior management within responsible area, including root cause, cost/benefit, and risk analyses.
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to CRIT that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Credit Risk, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the team and serve as an experienced advisor to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management, Business Transformation, Data, Analytics, Reporting, Management Consulting, Project Management, Strategic Planning, or Technology experience.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering in a matrixed environment.
Ability to craft and execute a strategic roadmap.
Strong analytical skills - using data to drive strategy and prioritization.
Experience in the banking and financial sectors, particularly related to Lending, Credit, and/or Risk Management.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
