As the Senior Specialist for Global Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting our Launch Excellence Commercialization process and other strategic priorities within our global marketing team!You will partner will many internal global associates across many different functions such as global/regional marketing and product management, to enable you to plan, implement and execute various projects effectively.Our environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication ability, and attention to detail are vital for success. We are looking for someone ready to take ownership of projects and work across different departments with business partners to achieve established goals.In this role, you will: Develop strong relationships and communication channels to work cross-functionally with internal global business partners in support of key strategic priorities, including our New Product Launch (NPL) Excellence process and global planning and operations processes

Plan and execute marketing activities

Support the NPL Excellence Process, including; training, planning and maintaining/updating documentation and implementation of improvements

Proactively collaborate to understand user needs to implement future phases of our NPL tool

Help with global projects that support organization-wide programs and initiatives. Define, drive and supervise the execution of action plans to support projects

Drive improvements to standard work and marketing processes

Facilitate workshops and Kaizens to drive improvement and tackle complex problems

Benchmark and use proven practices to elevate processes and standard work

Be a champion of the Danaher Business System (DBS)

To be a Successful Candidate, you will need to be:Well organized, detailed and process driven with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving

Able to work collaboratively across geographies, functions and multiple levels

A self-starter with a bias for action, initiative and pro-activeness

Able to perform well in a fast based, metrics centric environment that honors deadlines

Able to communicate concisely and clearly and have excellent listening and presentation skills

Comfortable with ambiguity

Be able to effectively optimally lead multiple projects concurrently

Essential Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 5+ years of demonstrated ability or master’s degree with 3+ years of demonstrated ability.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to travel and have global acumen

Preferred Requirements:Demonstrated ability working in a matrixed organization

Demonstrated ability to partner in a global or regional marketing team

Experience in the scientific industry (healthcare, IVD, medical device, life sciences)

Certified Practitioner in a DBS Tool or hands-on experience with various DBS Fundamental tools or other lean / continuous improvement tools
