Job Summary/Company:A Sparks Group Partner is seeking a Senior Portfolio Business Analyst to join their team as the liaison between product management and other support groups such as development and user experience. Currently, this position is 100% remote. They would prefer someone in either EST or CST time zones, as he/she will have to work an EST schedule. - Ability to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, prioritize, author, and manage detailed requirement documents; these documents support the required workflow such as functional documents, stories, and sprint ready directions
- Collaborate with the associated TBDs to ensure complete execution and success of the product line
- Ensure Product Management and required team members execute to create products and solutions that satisfy the business vision
Qualifications/Background Profile:- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of relevant work experience
- BA analysis experience in healthcare industry
- Program Management experience
- Agile SCRUM Software lifecycle experience
