Job Description SummaryAs part of The Operations and Planning Unit of Corporate Preclinical Development and Toxicology (CPDT) the Senior Project Analyst I will support the conduct of nonclinical laboratory investigations of medical devices and materials in accordance with GLP and ISO 17025 regulations and the BD CPDT Quality System.The Senior Project Analyst I provides operational support for preclinical testing projects to facilitate CPDT requests, department workflows, monitor deadlines and deliverables, coordinate testing activities, provide client support, and perform final review of project folders.Job DescriptionWe are the makers of possibleBD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Become a maker of possible with us.Responsibilities:Act as the primary customer contact for all deliverables (i.e. study reports, risk assessments) for Operational projects.

Work with worldwide Sponsors and project teams to understand a project’s requirements.

Ensure all required documentation is obtained, define sample types and sample size requirements, and give expected completion dates for any deliverables

Prioritize business unit projects and escalate as needed to CPDT management.

Determine and communicate deliverables and deadlines to business unit core project teams and project analysts to ensure accurate expectation setting/planning.

Generate and provide quotes to project teams.

Create project records in tracking systems.

Monitors projects and provides status updates to collaborators. Promptly identify issues or delays and work with affected personnel to resolve issues and communicate any changes in strategy or timelines.

Lead meetings, record notes, and assign action items to Sponsors and Project Analysts.

Conduct final reviews of project folders to ensure all deliverables have been communicated and project goals have been met.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:(Preferred) Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years of experience with project management and customer service.

Knowledge and Skills:Excellent written and oral communication skills

Able to handle multiple priorities to ensure project completion in a multi-tasking deadline driven environment.

Strong customer service and client facing ability

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work well within a matrixed organization

Must be proficient with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Other preferred software: SharePoint, LIMS systems, and DocuSign.

(Preferred) Understanding of GLP or GMP quality system, ISO 10993, ISO 17025, and other international medical device standards.
