Senior Project Manager - Project & Program Management (m/f/d)

How you will make an impact? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead strategic and complex initiatives within our digital transformation portfolio. In this role, you will bridge technology and business, delivering impactful outcomes while mentoring other project managers and promoting best practices. You’ll be instrumental in orchestrating project success across domains and contributing to our enterprise-wide digital agenda. Your Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional, enterprise-level projects with a focus on digital products and transformation;Align projects with business strategy, ensuring high impact and value delivery;Define project scopes, business cases, and roadmaps in collaboration with domain owners and product teams;Build, coach, and guide cross-functional project teams toward successful delivery;Manage scope, schedules, risks, budgets, resources, and communications across multiple projects;Report on project and program status to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment;Actively contribute to PMO governance by improving processes, standards, and toolsets;Facilitate executive reviews and lead critical project discussions with business and technology leaders;Act as an escalation point for complex delivery issues, proactively managing resolutions;Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability in project delivery.
