About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Risk Analytics Consultant to join the Independent Pricing Validation (IPV) team as a municipal securities pricing analyst.In this role, you will:Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives, and delivering insight and decision strategies within analytics and reporting, and contribute to large-scale planning related to Risk Analytics

Review and analyze moderately complex data aggregation, forecasting, reporting, and programming models

Be responsible for process production, data reconciliation, and model documentation in alignment with policy governance

Resolve data, production, business modeling, and lead team to meet Risk Analytics deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of risk reporting policies, modeling strategies, procedures, regulatory requests, and compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, experienced managers, compliance, and technology to resolve modeling, forecasting, and production issues, and achieve analytic and reporting goals

Lead projects, teams, and mentor less experienced staff

Partner with cross enterprise risk analysts in development of common modeling strategies

Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: banking, accounting, finance, or risk work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Experience in municipal securities underwriting, sales & trading, research, or risk oversight.

Bachelor's degree or higher - preferably in a quantitative discipline, or business related field

Experience in trading, valuing or price validating capital market instruments

Highly organized and proactive; should be able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and deal with multiple priorities

The ability to effectively manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines

Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners

Excellent communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with business partners, peers and senior management

Strong conceptual and quantitative problem solving skills; ability to provide credible challenge

Detail-oriented and flexible

Dedicated, enthusiastic, self-driven and performance-oriented; possess a strong work ethic
