The Company is seeking a Senior SQL Database Developer / Data Modeler to be part of a team that provides reporting solutions for Risk and Compliance across all levels of the organization. Job Title: Senior SQL Database DeveloperLocation: CHARLOTTE, NC - Hybrid roleJob Type: Contract on W27+ years of Software engineering experience5 + years of very strong SQL experience5+ years of experience with databases such as SQL server, Teradata , Oracle or Mongo DB (primarily SQL server)3+ years of Data modelling experience and data mapping/lineage experience2+ ETL experience with tools like Talend, Informatica, DataStage. Etc Plus1+ years of experience with Hadoop – MapR, Hive, Sqoop- Develop Stored procs, triggers, functions. Etc. as in required to implement reporting requirements.- Perform data modeling activities in sourcing new data or changes to existing data elements and work with ETL team in implementing the right data model.- Be part of the agile team and effectively coordinate with Product owners and Technology teams.
