Job Description:
  • Enterprise Business Systems Consultant
  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements.
  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems.

Required Qualifications:
  • 4 plus years of Business Systems Data experience

Technology Skills (majority of tools used are WF internal):
  • MS Office Suite
  • MS Teams
  • Jira (most important)
  • Confluence (nice to have)
  • Jira Allign-nice to have.

Top 3 Skills:
  • Collaboration on overall Project Management
  • Being comfortable working across business units, handling challenging situations consistently, multitasking
  • Presentation skills
  • Experience in an Agile framework
  • Release Management experience could be applicable.

Preferred Industry or Company Experience:
  • Financial Services background is nice to have, it would be helpful for someone to be brought in knowing the lingo. This will prevent the ramp up time.
  • Really anything involving Enterprise Change Management, SDLC and a background in the process is most important.

Manager Notes:
  • Enterprise Business Systems Consultant for Regulatory and Policy Management Portfolio
  • This person would have touch points across 12-15 different teams.
  • Agile methodology background is a requirement.
  • This person is necessary for the timely facilitation of SDLC Artifacts, releases, and release management, change requests and leadership communication.

  • Prioritizing progress over perfection
  • Change management, change administrations, Jira board management, tech check-ups.
Pay Range: $46 - $54/hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
