Job Description:

Red Bowl is a modern Asian Bistro style restaurant seeking enthusiastic and reliable servers to join our front-of-house team. We offer a vibrant, fast-paced work environment and value team players who provide exceptional service with a smile.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a professional, friendly manner

Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials

Work collaboratively with other team members and kitchen staff

Handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks under pressure

Maintain cleanliness and uphold company standards

Requirements:

Previous serving experience preferred

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Excellent customer service and positive attitude

Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Bussers Responsibilities:

Busing tables, sweeping, mopping, and more

Restocking inventory including Togo products, all paper products, all drinks, and more.

Help maintain the cleanliness in the front of the house and serving stations.

Help serving staff with side work when needed

Team player and must work well with others

Compensation:

Busser Base Pay: $11/hr+ (based on experience)

Server Base pay: $2.15–$5.00/hr +Tips (based on experience)
