Responsibilities The ServiceNow Architect supports all aspect of the technical solution, the delivery of ServiceNow solution, and drives strategic transformational change. The Architect is responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise.The Architect leads onsite and virtual technical requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to capture all requirements necessary to implement solutions and ensure that the delivered solutions are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards. ServiceNow implementation Certified.More about the Role: · Provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, and configuration of OOB and custom capabilities within the ServiceNow platform· Research and evaluate technical solutions to make informed recommendations on the most appropriate, efficient, and cost-effective solution based on the customer requirements and the statement of work· Designs data model and architectural diagrams required to implement solution using technology specific best practices and standards.· Refine Agile Stories to accurately document the appropriate level of technical detail for a developer to implement.· Actively participate in daily scrum calls with the development team· Provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the development team· Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, testing plan development, product upgrades, new technology deployments.· Produces and maintains detailed knowledge transfer documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, technical notes, and testing, etc.· Proactively maintain knowledge and understanding of the latest ServiceNow features and product offerings· Perform and participate in product roadmap planning· Identify trends across customer implementations to improve future implementations· Driving continual service improvement through establishment of best practices, reusable assets, and refinement of the implementation processes· Identify opportunities to leverage and existing and emerging ServiceNow capabilities· Provide configuration reviews to ensure adherence to ServiceNow Technical Best Practices Competencies required:·

10+ Years of Experience with implementing SaaS and PaaS solutions, with specific Cloud implementation knowledge in architecting solutions for ServiceNow or similar ITIL implementations

· Working knowledge of all

ServiceNow/ITSM/ITBM/HR/ITOM modules · Experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-tier, multi-tenant, end-to-end solutions in a high availability environment.· Proven success on projects with large-scale deployments; understanding of application life-cycle management.· Experience in emerging

Cloud technologies and vendor landscape with ability to balance cost against benefits.· Ability to develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support, and operational needs of a solution.· Technical knowledge of the following areas:

ServiceNow Scripting; PowerShell; Java, HTML, JavaScript, LDAP/Active Directory, networking and database administration· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.· Provide excellent customer service, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.· Good understanding of various integration technologies and ability to implement and lead these integrations·
