Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service and repair operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1st shift 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues Perform repairs and maintenance on various equipment and systems Ensure timely and efficient delivery of service and repair solutions Maintain accurate records of service and repair activities Work with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and escalations Active participation in all aspects of the HEM Configuration and Depot process.Configuring and deploying customer’s Handheld Products.
