Skid Steer Operator (Charlotte, NC) – $900/week + Bonuses

We’re looking for a reliable Skid Steer Operator to join our team in Charlotte, NC, helping with residential construction site cleanup.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay: base $900/week (biweekly pay) + up tp $250/week bonus after 90 days

Schedule: Monday to Friday, start 7:00 AM

Local work only – home every night

Bonuses & Perks:

Sign-on bonus: $1,000 total

 – $250 after 30 days

 – $250 after 60 days

 – $500 after 90 days

Performance bonus: Up to $250/week after 90 days (based on timely reports and equipment care)

Job Duties:

Tow company skid steer to job sites (company pickup provided)

Operate CAT skid steer models 246, 242, and 259 (grapple bucket)

Load dump trucks with debris

Perform daily equipment checks (grease, fluids)

Clean job sites – inside the box and around homes

Pick up loose debris by hand if needed

Assist with light paperwork

Communicate professionally with customers via email

Requirements:

Skid steer operating experience

Valid driver’s license

Clean driving record (MVR will be checked)

Ability to read and respond to emails

Dependable and team-oriented
