We're looking for a talented Software Developer to join our client, a stable industry leader. Qualified applicants must be local to Charlotte for this onsite opportunity.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Software Developer:

Use an Agile approach to design and build highly complex software solutions
Collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to build solutions
Participate in paired programming and code reviews to expand team's collective knowledge
Complete independent research to refine best practices and present work to peers
Coach and mentor junior software developers

Requirements of the Software Developer:

Associate degree and 5+ years of experience in software development, or 7+ years of software development experience
AWS Lambda development experience and experience with AWS services
Range of experience building software solutions
In-depth understanding of APIs - designing/building/implementing
Strong familiarity using IDEs
Terraform development experience
Full stack development is desired
Portfolio of work is ideal
