We’re an active real estate development company based in Glenville, NC looking for a solo North Carolina-licensed attorney to work with us as an independent contractor on a monthly retainer.

We are not looking for a big firm. We want someone sharp, reliable, and hungry—ideally early-career or building their own practice.

What you’ll handle:

Land use, contracts, easements

Construction-related agreements

Vendor/subcontractor agreements

Operating agreements & entity work

General counsel–type support as needed
