Sous Chef

The restaurant at West Glow Resort and Spa is reopening under new ownership and we are seeking a qualified and capable addition to our culinary team. Candidate will be responsible for assisting the chef with menu development, staffing, inventory control, preparing food for evening service. Candidate will be capable of maintaining established food quality and kitchen operation in the absence of the chef.
