Successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Please use numbers to separate each distinct responsibility. Work with Business Process Owner to assess the technical feasibility of automating a business process

Provide recommendations for process improvements where applicable

Develop process automation (i.e. SharePoint sites) documentation based on information gathered by process owners and through process walkthroughs and discussions

Contribute to improving the operation of the team by working on assigned side projects from documentation to developing tools

Execute on the strategic direction and organization goals of the operations team

Responsible for providing client support through streamlined processes, integrated systems and cost effective services to ensure accurate and efficient processing and enable superior revenue growth while maintaining/reducing costs.

Develop and implement best practices

Proactive leader with the ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships with internal teammates and client.

A firm understanding of software development and computer programming

Proficient in software applications

Preferred Qualifications:Experience SAPorAFS loan and Loan IQ

Experience with participation or syndication loans

Creative thinking and detail oriented

Strong communication skills to support interactions with other members of the development team and or business partners

Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly

Working knowledge of financial services, banking and Loan Operations
