Highly motivated associates who love what they do, willing to work overtime and are looking to grow professionally are encouraged to !salary: $17 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities1) Spray product consistently to Marsh finish & quality specifications.2) Safely, efficiently, and correctly use and maintain finishing equipment,3) Must comply with all standards (MACT, OSHA, hazardous waste, etc.) as trained.4) Maintain certification of all company and safety training required for this position.5) Be knowledgeable of and willing to assume other roles in this department when required.6) Report any problems immediately to lead person and supervisor.7) Keep area clean. Follow good housekeeping.8) Satisfy production requirements9) Lead by good example with a positive attitude.10) Accurately catalyze material to correct ratio when necessary.Essential Physical DemandsLifting up to 35 pounds. Good mobility, flexibility, and stamina. Ability to comfortably work within an open faced spray booth for long periods of time. Good hand-eye coordination required. Bending, stooping, twisting, and turning movements may occur. Must have a good eye for color.Personal Protective EquipmentEar and eye protection required. Gloves and other basic protective equipment available.The essential functions of this role include:

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 35lbs
