You will work as a coach and a facilitator for improvement projects as well as maintain performance metrics to measure program success.As a Senior Associate, you will support the program by taking care of project governance, project reviews, communications, trainings, and certifications. Train/Coach the Continuous Improvement process for assigned teams and/or departments which includes identification, prioritization, management, and execution of CI opportunities, goal cascade and data analysis to improve overall operational effectiveness of the team/dept, reduce sources of loss, and meet improvement targets.

Perform root cause analysis utilizing six sigma tools, implement corrective actions in conjunction with appropriate supporting teams

Complete action items to achieve team/dept goals

Develop M1 coaching capability to coach team members on structured problem-solving techniques

Develop Operational Excellence skills of colleagues and drive a culture of IMEx sustainability with all elements within their assigned teams

Receive and provide Structured GEMBA support on all elements of IMEx

Work with PCT Lead, IMEx Deployment Lead, Element Owners, Operational Excellence, and area leadership to build, maintain, and improve adherence to lean production system

QualificationsMust-Have

Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience OR a Bachelor's with at least 3 years of experience OR Masters with more than 1 year of experience.

Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing regulated environment.

Demonstrated project management experience.

Knowledge of statistical tools and data analysis principles.

Trained in DMAIC (Method 1) and experience with one or more lean six sigma tools (e.g. green belt, standard work, visual management, 5S)

Interpersonal and presentation skills, ability to work with and influence different levels within the organization.

Nice-to-Have

Certification in Six Sigma or LEAN

Certification in multiple OpEx/CI tools (e.g., Method 1, Green belt, 5S, standard work, visual management, PHP)

Knowledge of Innovation tools and human performance principles

Physical/Mental Requirements

Position requirements are typical for an office-based work environment with some shop floor exposure.

Schedule is primarily day shift (M-F, 8 hrs); but may require off-shift work on occasions for special projects.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $130,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
