As a Sr. Finance Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations and decision-making of our company. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health and success of our organization.You will report directly to our Finance Manager, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a direct impact on the financial decision-making process and contribute to the overall success of the company.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support strategic financial planning and decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and drive operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives. Assist in the development and management of budgets and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business initiatives.
