JOB SUMMARY The Sr HR Functional Consultant is responsible for providing expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Compensation, HR Helpdesk, and Talent Management. This position collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure Oracle HCM to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support and optimization. As a subject matter expert, you will also contribute to project planning, solution design, and implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM implementations, a deep understanding of HCM processes, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and Compensation modules. Collaborate with HR business partners to understand requirements and translate them into solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud. Configure, personalize and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements. Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to HR technology initiatives. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud. Develop and maintain system documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials. Analyze data and generate reports to support HR analytics, decision-making, and regulatory compliance. Partner with IT and other stakeholders to integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems and applications. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within Oracle HCM Cloud, recommending opportunities for improvement and innovation. Perform other duties as assigned.
