The Senior HR Technology Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HR technology solutions, particularly focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, configuration, and enhancement of our HR systems to support the organization's HR processes and strategic objectives. This position is also responsible for modifying configuration tables and identifying and analyzing down-stream impacts to configuration changes. Partners and collaborates with various internal and external customers across the organization. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR and Compensation modules

Collaborate with HR business partners to understand requirements and translate them into solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud

Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet evolving business needs and compliance requirements

Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations

Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud

Develop and maintain system documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials

Analyze data and generate reports to support HR analytics, decision-making and regulatory compliance

Partner with IT and other stakeholders to integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems and applications

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features within Oracle HCM Cloud, recommending opportunities for improvement and innovation

Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to HR technology initiatives

Create standard functional specifications for production support development and acts as a testing lead for production support maintenance request and issues that arise

Create test scripts for execution during unit testing and system integration testing that are based on the functional specifications for change requests as well as small, medium and large projects

Serve as a HR Functional Team Subject Matter Expert providing knowledge regarding various technology applications including Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Help Desk

Support systematic upgrade efforts for Oracle Cloud modules to include design, configuration, testing and implementation

Document and deliver systems-related training to various levels of the organization

Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Report writing knowledge

Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge

Ability to adhere to established processing timeframes and make decisions independently.

Experience in data validation and analysis

Experience in continuous process improvement, including technology upgrades and implementation

Proven analytical capacity and communication skills

Ability to effectively interact, partner and influence staff in various levels of the organization

Demonstrated organizational skills and orientation to detail

Demonstrated customer service orientation

Strategic thinking skills with demonstrated experience developing and implementing solutions to issues

Facilitator, skilled at leading projects and initiatives

Ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities

Ability to anticipate problems, respond accordingly, and work independently

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, SharePoint and PowerPoint

Understanding and demonstrated application of SDLC and project methodology

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years

Experience working in a HR technology or analytical role - 3

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) preferred

Experience with HCM implementations and system integrations is a plus
