This role is for coordinatingand trackingprogram anddemand management activities as an I&Trepresentative. This role willprovideassistanceon the developmentand executionof Global/USprogram/projectactivitiesfor CSL Behring and Seqirus. This role will be working directly with the CSL business membersand the ERP team leadson all activities relating toall demand and project activities within the ERP Enterprise space. This position will requiregreat communication, project/program managementand problem-solving skill sets.

TheSr. Manager Delivery Managementwill analyze business and technical processes to develop new and modified business processesas well assolutions. This role requires knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques, software/system development lifecycle,andbusiness analysis deliverables.

TheSr. Manager Delivery Managementwill work with the Managed Service provider to ensure all CSL standards, process and validation activities (if needed) are completed and done correctly.

TheSr. Manager Delivery Managementis responsible forunderstanding the impact ofany and allprojects and support/run activitieswithin theCSLand Seqirus ERP landscapefor the US region. This role will also be responsible for working with the Solution Integrator on estimation, timelines and implementation tracking for all project and changes into the ERP ecosystems for CSL and Seqirus globally.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

AssiststheDirector Delivery/Portfolio ManagementandtheSolutionIntegratorto coordinate demand management activitiesin a managed services environment.

Utilizes specific techniques to elicit requirements from CSL Behring and Seqirus business stakeholders, analyzes, organizes, documents, and validates the resulting requirements, and communicates and secures agreement on the requirements across all stakeholders.

Establish relationships with Run / Project team members,CSL BehringBusinessstakeholdersacross all functional areas, and liaises between the business and technical members ofall ERP teams(CSL and the Managed Service Provider), ensuring that the team understands the business customer needs.

Buildand updatemodels,diagrams,information flowsand otherdocumentationto describe business processes, conceptual information models, organizational structure,and businessarea context and/or system requirements.

Analyze the current environment for repetitive issues and activities that can be solved proactively rather than reactively.

Oversight of all projects within the ERP portfolio as well as any projects that touch the ERP systems.

Manages the input to Clarity for all projects and programs across the portfolio to include all resources, their skill set and capacity. This will include project work, Break-fix and Change requests approved by the various “approvalcounsels”.

Analyze the current environment for repetitive issues and activities that can be solved proactively rather than reactively.

Work with the Managed service provider on allproject and change requestactivities,this will include getting estimates for work, duration and help with prioritization.

Support allwork streams within the ERPecosystem.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, education preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or Science discipline.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in application solution design standard requirements business analysis techniques such as data analysis, process analysis, interviewing, and use case development.

  • 5+ years of experiencein SAP S4 and/or ECC.

  • 5+ years of Project and Program management with SAP (implementation and smaller projects

  • 5+ years of managing teams in a support/project model.

  • Technical training insome SAP modulerequired.

  • Lifesciences/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with software/solution delivery life cycles.

  • Facilitation, organization and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving
