Sr Manufacturing Process Engineer

JOB SUMMARY:Initiate, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and automated machinery to support new and existing products. Plan, implement, and maintain relative manufacturing engineering activities in order to meet plant targets, initiating and implementing action plans for continuous improvement of relevant processes.This position is full-time during regular business hours and is on-call when necessary. Some travel may be required for this position.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:Translate production manufacturing process requirements into actionable process designs and automated machinery.Design and implement overall factory processes and equipment according to sound lean principles and standards, supporting necessary industrialization activities of associated and affected product specifications.Ensure the installation, start-up, validation, production handover, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and automated machinery according to applicable production control plans and standardsMaintains records for purposes of monitoring, analyzing, and reporting manufacturing engineering and production process performance, initiating and implementing control measures to improve manufacturing engineering and production process performance.
