Sr Mgr, Senior Accessibility Specialist

Sr Accessibility SpecialistAt TIAA we put the needs of our clients first. Understanding that approximately one million of our participants need help accessing our digital products, we are currently seeking a compassionate individual with an inclusive mindset and empathy for those with accessibility needs. This Sr. Accessibility Specialist will continually adapt to meet the needs of our ever-changing market. In this role, they will spend time within one or more of the following focus areas within accessibility: strategic direction, training and governance, communication and outreach, auditing and reporting, all while supporting teams across the enterprise in delivering solutions that align with company policies and standards.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate with UX and technology partners to provide actionable assessment guide of digital application(s), including recommendations for appropriate testing and remediation

Execute actionable assessments using various forms of automatic, manual,and assistive technology tools

Execute accessibility tests within the software development lifecycleas needed

Develop effective materials within their focus area to support enterprise

As an accessibility subject matter expert, guide, educate, and train while moderating team office hours that support various resources across the enterprise

Educational Requirements
