Our client, a Carolinas based corporation is seeking an

Infrastructure and Applications Project Manager .

Ideally this individual will have a strong background in Manufacturing and M&A including ERP systems (SAP).

Required Skills:
  • Hands on PM with IT Infrastructure and Systems experience
  • Hands on experience with SAP
  • Strong background using Smartsheets
  • BS or higher in one of the engineering disciplines
  • 7 - 10 years' experience in various technical and business roles
  • Background as a project manager with an operating company or engineering firm managing multi-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and technical skills
  • A history of managing projects of increasing size, with specific experience managing technically complex projects greater than $25 million
  • Strong verbal and written communication

This individual will actively participate in developing and managing detailed project schedules. This will entail:
  • Working with project teams to capture, define and, sequence work activities and deliverables
  • Validating work estimates and dependencies
  • Proactively managing critical path activities
  • Ensuring vendor statement of work RACI, deliverables, and milestones are tracked and delivered to plan
  • Working with capacity manager to ensure resources with needed skills are available to work on project
  • Reporting project status
  • Ensuring project team members understand work assignments and deliver within start and end dates
  • Monitoring dashboard components and mitigate past due assignments
  • Ensuring active work assignments are updated by team members with description of work completed
  • Documenting decisions with supporting evidence of approvals
  • Ensuring deliverables and approvals have evidence attached
  • Developing and managing test plans for quality assurance testing, system integration testing, and user acceptances testing:
  • Working with project teams to define and document test strategy and test plans
  • Ensuring all test scenarios are linked to approved requirements
  • Building detailed test schedules with work assignments including approvals/sign off
  • Training users how to document test scenarios using approved tools
  • Monitoring and report daily testing status

Compensation:
  • The estimated pay range for this position is USD $75.00/Hr - USD $80.00/Hr and is an Exempt role.
  • Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
