Leading the development of complex Salesforce applications and integrations.

Designing and implementing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level Salesforce developers.

Conducting thorough code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks and technical challenges within Salesforce.

Typically has 5 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience

Ability to work independently

Ability to manage small engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence

Professional oral and written communication skills

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
