Piper Companies is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join a renowned financial services company located in Durham, NC. The Sr. Software Engineer will contribute to developing the API microservices that will impact the user experience on the platform. This is a full time, Hybrid/ Remote opportunity.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Software Engineer include:

Design, develop and implement improvements to new and existing software
Responsible for collaborating with multiple teams to deliver projects on time
Utilize front end technologies to create desirable user interfaces

Qualifications for the Sr. Software Engineer include:

2+ years of java, Node, or Go experience
Experience with AWS/ Cloud
Kubernetes experience is a bonus

Compensation for the Sr. Software Engineer include

Salary: $110,000-$115,000 depending on experience
