Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Strategy Consultant (Remote until after Covid-19 on site possibly sometime in 2022) for an opportunity with a client located in Marvin, NC, but can work in any client hub location including Atlanta, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Charlotte, and Phoenix. The role will be asked to work PST hours from time to time but can be located in any US time zone. Our client is looking for someone to work on an assignment for 6 months + (prefer candidates who are eligible to covert to permanent employee).

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Technology data mapping resource. Should have 3 years minimum experience mapping systems data from field to aggregate levels
  • Must have the ability to use MS Visio to capture these flows however there may be other software options as well. -
  • Able to successfully coordinate and bring to completion required data mapping activities including reaching out to various enterprise resources to gain required information
  • Self-starter with banking or other corporate data mapping experience whom can also track their progress, project their completion timeline and communicate effectively
  • Guide and document the data flows at a field level
  • Passing data within different systems, leverage for reporting
  • Financial services experience would be great but mapping of data is what is critical
  • Must have corporate experience
  • Jira and SharePoint SME experience
  • Support our technical migration from SharePoint to SharePoint Online and provide support for JIRA development integration and development
  • Project coordinator, project management, business, or data analysis background experience
  • Advanced SharePoint development, mid-level JIRA experience
  • Strong project coordinator skills (no financial responsibilities), and the ability to manage a project plan
  • Strongly desired experience with SharePoint to SharePoint Online migrations and InfoPath to Power Apps conversions/development
  • The resource will perform additional duties supporting the EDR Request Hub Platform managed on JIRA and involve helping with rich filter & views, custom views, bulk changes, report exports, and moderate data analysis.
  • Miscellaneous skills include facilitation of business partner requirements, research, meeting scheduling, and note taking (strong PC skills).
  • Experienced technology PM role needed for 2022 strategy work
  • Proficient with MS project as well as other MS Office applications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a tech PM preferably in a banking or corporate environment
  • The role will not require financial tracking nor will it involve Clarity or other systems tracking
  • The work will require flexibility to suit the needs of the organization as we develop 2022 strategies
  • Great communication and self-start capabilities
  • Experience with SharePoint online and power apps development would be a plus however not required
